What do we need to get started on your project?
Before we can start building your new site, we will need to get some information from you. The more information we receive from you before the job starts, the faster we can get your project completed. Here is a list of items we need to get started:
Account logins, username and password for the following accounts: domain name, web hosting, website, social media, Google, etc.
LOGO & BRANDING
Copy of your logo in high resolution format (for print and sign), e.g. JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS
Company colors, brand and/or style guidelines
Provide a list of 10 to 20 keywords or search terms. Choose words that your customers might use if they were looking for a business like yours.
ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS
Company history, values statement, facilities, team photos, training, certifications, memberships, trade associations, testimonials, badges, awards
ABOUT YOUR PRODUCTS & SERVICES
Any photos, designs, charts, diagrams, videos, labels, trademarks, specs, and/or descriptions of the products and services that you offer

How to send us your content:
If you are sending files for your website project, please follow the directions below. Most files can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org but if you are sending a large number of photos, it may be easier to use a file transfer service. WeTransfer.com is our favorite. It’s free, it’s easy to use, and you can send up to 2 GB of files.
You can upload a single file, such as a photo or a copy of your logo. Or you can upload multiple files at once. For example, a collection of photos for your website gallery.
- Send a copy of your logo in a hi-resolution format, e.g. vector format, AI/EPS and/or PNG format
- Send photos in hi-resolution JPG format, we will edit, optimize and resize your images for you
- Send the written content for each page in a Word.doc or in the body of an email message
- Please label all your files clearly
- How do you prefer customers to contact you? By phone or email? In person?
- Do you have a physical location? If so, what are your opening hours? Or by appointment only?
- Would you like to have an inquiry form on your page?
- Do you have a Google Business page or a Facebook/Instagram page?
- What is your service area; e.g. Calgary only, or outlying areas?
- Would you like to have a Google map on your page?
